A MINISTRY OF CARE. AN ETHIC OF LOVE.
For over a decade, I have trained and worked in congregational, academic, non-profit, and corporate settings. During the height of the pandemic, I launched a SA Consulting Group, LLC that enabled me to draw from my various expertise to support clergy, congregations, and corporations.
As a professional with experience in finance, administration, and the academy, I offer nourishing spaces for human flourishing at the intersections of theology, culture, and care. Serving as a licensed minister in the A.M.E. Zion Church, a Program Coordinator for the Institute for Youth Ministry at Princeton Seminary, and the Program Coordinator for the A.M.E. Zion Church Compelling Preaching Initiative, I believe that the sacred work of being well begins with individuals and extends to communities.
For this reason, my research utilizes a womanist trauma informed approach to shape spiritual care and leadership development. This approach centered the lived experiences of marginalized individuals as a source of wisdom and praxis of healing. Through the uplifting of personal narratives and sacred witness, maintain that healing is possible for humanity. Flourishing is our birthright!
